Your duties as a Clinical Social Worker will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and identify their strengths and resources.
• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Developing customized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.
• Providing crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans when necessary to ensure client well-being.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clients' records are up-to-date and secure.
• Leading group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to equip clients with essential coping strategies and support.

You will work with a diverse client population, which includes children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your role will be instrumental in providing tailored support that adapts to the unique needs of each individual and their families. To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

We prefer candidates who have a minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health or outpatient setting. Additional experience with specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities, as well as experience working with diverse populations, is highly valued.
