As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions through video chat, fostering a safe space for clients to discuss their mental health.
• Employing solution-focused therapy modalities to guide clients toward the development of actionable treatment plans.
• Formulating, implementing, and evaluating personalized treatment plans designed to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitating sessions that help clients gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitoring and documenting client progress throughout their therapeutic journey and aiding in the development of healthy coping mechanisms.

Your work will primarily focus on stable, low-acuity adults, delivering services that cater to those in need of mental health support yet may not require intensive or immediate intervention strategies. To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• An active and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Independent licensure to practice without supervision, demonstrating professional competence.

Additional requirements include:

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, dependent on the number of hours worked and clinical caseload. In addition to a sign-on bonus, we provide:
