Serene Support Partners is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team as a full-time Mental Health Therapist. This full-time position operates within a remote work setting, providing flexibility to our staff while ensuring that clients receive the support they need during traditional and after-hours, including evenings and weekends. We utilize advanced telehealth technologies to facilitate seamless communication and interaction between clients and therapists, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient approach to mental health treatment. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, identifying tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific client goals while closely collaborating with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists and psychologists—for holistic care.
• Perform crisis interventions, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans as necessary to support individuals in acute distress.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for streamlined management.
• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups, fostering community engagement and equipping clients with tools to manage their mental health.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as required, ensuring optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, from children to adults, addressing a variety of mental health conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and stress management. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with other professionals, valuing coordinated care and interdisciplinary communication.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Background in teletherapy or remote counseling practices.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or other relevant therapeutic approaches.
