  • Perform crisis interventions, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans as necessary to support individuals in acute distress.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for streamlined management.
  • Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups, fostering community engagement and equipping clients with tools to manage their mental health.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as required, ensuring optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, from children to adults, addressing a variety of mental health conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and stress management. At Serene Support Partners, we believe in a client-centered approach that respects each individual's unique history and personal goals, promoting a culture of inclusivity and empathy.

Qualifications

  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with other professionals, valuing coordinated care and interdisciplinary communication.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
  • Background in teletherapy or remote counseling practices.
  • Specialized training in trauma-informed care or other relevant therapeutic approaches.
