• Conduct intake assessments and provide ongoing therapy for clients with diverse mental health needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate client progress.
• Document all therapy sessions with detailed notes, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and documentation requirements.
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients and collaborate with school representatives when needed.
• Facilitate workshops or group therapy sessions that encourage a sense of community and shared experiences among clients.
• Continuously assess clients’ emotional and psychological states to adapt treatment approaches as necessary.

We serve a varied client base including adolescents, adults, and families, focusing on helping those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Our therapists play a crucial role in supporting clients on their mental health journeys, especially as our sessions are primarily funded by schools, allowing families easier access to necessary mental health services.

• A Master’s level degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted license to provide therapy in the state of Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent).
• A minimum of two years’ experience in clinical psychotherapy with adults, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health treatment.
• Training and proficiency in evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Strong skills in conducting intake assessments and ongoing treatment planning to meet client needs effectively.
• Exceptional writing abilities for maintaining accurate and insightful session documentation.
• A clean disciplinary record in all jurisdictions where licensed, demonstrating professionalism and ethical standards.

• Experience working in a school setting or with adolescents is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

Our compensation package is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, dependent on experience and schedules.
