This role offers a dynamic remote work setting where you will engage daily with colleagues and healthcare providers through virtual platforms. While you may work from home, you will have access to clinical resources and a network of professionals dedicated to facilitating effective communication and collaborative care.

Your daily activities will require movement within the virtual detox center and active participation in multidisciplinary team meetings. You will play an essential role in fostering an environment that prioritizes mental health and recovery.

• Conduct thorough assessments, make diagnoses when necessary, and monitor patient statuses utilizing evidence-based practices and tools, including the DSM-5, to generate individualized treatment plans that respect cultural diversity.
• Engage in continual assessment of patient progress, employing strategic interventions tailored to support mental health diagnoses and personal goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of treatment and clinical information while adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental policies, employing modern healthcare technology for documentation.
• Collaborate closely with patients and interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with the patient's needs and desired outcomes.
• Focus on areas of patient safety and symptom management, while actively participating in a team-oriented environment to achieve shared objectives.
• Facilitate referrals and coordinate connections between patients and treatment providers, building effective relationships with external clinicians and agencies.
• Provide mentorship and training for interns and students, as well as participate in peer review and clinical collaboration to enhance team skills.

This position focuses on outpatient therapy for individuals and families affected by cancer. You will provide unbiased support throughout their journey, addressing not only mental health needs but also the emotional and practical challenges presented by a cancer diagnosis. Your expertise will aid in fostering resilience and coping strategies among patients and their families.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience in outpatient therapy, particularly with patients diagnosed with cancer or chronic illnesses.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and patient-centered care models.
• Proficient in the use of electronic medical record systems and telehealth tools.

We offer competitive compensation in the range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually. In addition to a robust salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
