We are seeking a dedicated full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and underlying psychological conditions.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and recovery coaches, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
  • Provide education and support to clients' families, encouraging their involvement and understanding as part of the recovery process.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with health regulations and organizational standards.
  • Stay informed about developments in addiction treatment strategies and best practices through continued professional education.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals dealing with substance use disorders, many of whom may also experience co-occurring mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD. Your compassionate approach and expertise will empower these clients to overcome their struggles, regain control of their lives, and pursue fulfilling, substance-free futures.

Qualifications
  • A valid license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD is required.
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling, supported by specialized training or experience.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
