In this fully remote role, you will be part of a supportive network of professionals who work collaboratively and flexibly to respond to the diverse needs of our clients. Your schedule can accommodate evening and weekend hours, enabling you to provide care when clients need it most.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse histories and mental health needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and underlying psychological conditions.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and recovery coaches, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, encouraging their involvement and understanding as part of the recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with health regulations and organizational standards.
• Stay informed about developments in addiction treatment strategies and best practices through continued professional education.

You will primarily work with individuals dealing with substance use disorders, many of whom may also experience co-occurring mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD. Your compassionate approach and expertise will empower these clients to overcome their struggles, regain control of their lives, and pursue fulfilling, substance-free futures.

• A valid license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling, supported by specialized training or experience.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to motivate and encourage clients.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a team-oriented setting.

• Experience working in a remote healthcare setting, with familiarity in digital communication tools for therapy.
• Background in developing and executing therapeutic programs tailored to individuals in recovery.
• Previous work in multidisciplinary teams, particularly in addiction recovery or mental health clinics.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
