This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility in scheduling, including options for evenings and weekends. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeted at addressing both addiction and underlying mental health challenges.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging evidence-based therapeutic modalities to promote healing and recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including medical professionals and support staff, to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the therapeutic process, enhancing their understanding and support of recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of treatment progress and client interactions as required by organizational policies and applicable regulations.

Our clients are individuals seeking help with substance abuse issues, ranging from mild to severe dependency. Many of our clients also face co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. Therefore, as a licensed mental health therapist, you will address both the addiction and any accompanying mental health issues, ensuring a comprehensive treatment approach tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Active licensure as an LSCSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, LCMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise and specialization in addiction counseling.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices related to substance abuse treatment and co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills, including the ability to motivate and engage clients in their recovery process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on substance abuse.
• Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and practices, particularly in delivering counseling services remotely.
• Experience in developing community outreach programs or psychoeducational workshops is a plus.
