Replicate Counseling Center is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote position. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct virtual individual, group, and family therapy sessions for diverse clientele, addressing various mental health issues and emotional challenges.
• Engage in virtual family and child counseling sessions that meet medical necessity guidelines, ensuring appropriate assessments and interventions.
• Develop and lead psycho-educational groups and parenting classes, tailoring content to meet client needs and organization standards.
• Complete all necessary documentation, including client case materials and program forms, and submit reports and statistics in a timely manner to adhere to our compliance protocols.
• Achieve billing targets by logging a specified number of reimbursable hours each week, working diligently to meet contractual obligations.

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, families, and adults, each facing unique challenges. As an LMFT, you will work closely with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, among other conditions. Your expertise will help foster a supportive environment where clients can thrive emotionally and socially.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active licensure as an LMFT in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of three years of experience in counseling services with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively.
• Self-motivated and proactive, especially in relation to billing documentation and record-keeping.

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

• Experience in remote therapy settings and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or family systems therapy.
• Proficiency in maintaining electronic health records and using documentation software.
