• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate each client's mental health needs, providing a clear picture of their challenges and goals.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing therapeutic modalities that are tailored to individual client objectives.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, ensuring a supportive and effective therapeutic environment for all participants.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain confidential records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client privacy and trust.
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and seek professional development to enhance counseling techniques and stay current with mental health trends.

You will serve a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders. Your compassionate approach will help clients from varied backgrounds feel comfortable and supported as they navigate their mental health journeys. By implementing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques, you will help foster tangible growth and recovery in your clients' lives.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is essential; however, a Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related discipline is required for independent practice.
• At least one year of experience providing individual and group therapy in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic methodologies.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to a variety of mental health issues.
• Superior interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and facilitate meaningful therapeutic alliances.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, essential for effective documentation and client interaction.

Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling is preferred, giving you an edge in providing effective remote care tailored to clients’ needs. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be beneficial for efficient documentation.

The estimated salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 50,000 to 80,000 annually, complemented by performance-related bonuses.
