Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately determine the mental health needs of clients.
• Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s personal goals, employing therapeutic techniques that best suit their conditions.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to foster healing and growth.
• Collaborate with various interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care, integrating input from other health professionals as needed.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in adherence with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the privacy and security of sensitive information.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and professional development initiatives to continually enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state.
• A Bachelor's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health treatment.

Preferred Experience
