This position primarily involves working with a diverse student population, their families, and faculty members, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. The social worker will work collaboratively within the school system to support the mental health and well-being of students, enhancing their academic and social success.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly within educational environments or private practice.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and the implementation of therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities essential for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in working within school systems or directly with children and adolescents.
