Job description

Our busy personal injury and workers' compensation firm is looking for an efficient, organized receptionist to help our attorneys and paralegals assist clients and ensure we’re operating smoothly. You’ll assist with answering phones, maintaining the office calendar, mailing of correspondence and legal documents, data entry into client management software, and scanning documents. If you have experience as a receptionist and are looking for a rewarding opportunity in the legal industry, we want to connect with you.

Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars for attorneys
  • Managing the office’s phone lines
  • Mailing documents and correspondence
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the legal field
