Description

Front desk receptionist position for a busy multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center. M-F 6:30am - 2:30pm. NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.ย 

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, checking patients in for procedures, answering phones, completing patient information calls, scanning, faxing, patient collections, understanding and competence working in electronic medical records and computers, etc... Friendliness, respect, courtesy and professionalism a must. Clear and respectful communication with staff, offices, and patients required. Flexibility with covering staffing as needed. Bilingual a plus.ย 

Requirements

Preferably minimum of 1 year experience working as registration/receptionist/scheduler in health care setting.

Interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work efficiently.

Able to operate computer along with MS Office and windows, copy machine, fax machine and other office machines.
