We are seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Ther Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk operations and providing administrative support. This is a full-time position with office hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
  • Managing Phone Calls: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, sorting mail, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinating Front Desk Activities: Oversee the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, and manage visitor access.
  • Providing Information: Assist visitors with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
