Evening Receptionist

Marietta Center for Nursing and Healing

Are you a dependable and friendly individual with exceptional organizational skills? If so, we want you to be a part of our team at Marietta Center for Nursing and Healing. As our evening receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all who come in and out of our long-term care facility.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting callers with questions or comments
• Greeting families and visitors with a friendly demeanor
• Managing filing, cash handling, and sorting mail
• Operating various office machines
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Shift: 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM (Monday) & 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Weekends)

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must have:

• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word
• Proficiency in answering phones, faxing, filing, and basic computer skills
