The Host/Hostess is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests by providing exceptional customer service, managing restaurant seating, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. This position serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in maintaining efficient restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
  • Monitor dining room seating to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate guest needs and special requests to servers and management.
