Compensation: $16.00-$16.00/hr

This role is far more than a traditional front desk position. You will be the face and often the voice of the dealership, setting the tone for every interaction and ensuring each guest receives a polished, professional, and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive or call.
We are seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in representing a premier dealership. The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, highly organized, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist all walk-in guests with professionalism, warmth, and urgency
  • Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls and direct guests efficiently to the appropriate department or team member
  • Assess guest needs quickly and ensure a seamless transition to sales, service, or management teams
  • Provide accurate information, take detailed messages, and ensure timely communication
  • Support administrative and clerical duties that contribute to daily operational excellence
  • Maintain the front reception area as a polished reflection of our flagship facility
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and support additional responsibilities as assigned by management
