What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll bring science and compassion together to create real impact in children’s lives.

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related disorders (ages 18 months–15 years).

  • Work in home, school, or community settings to support a child’s development.

  • Implement individualized behavior and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA.

  • Collect data electronically to track progress and celebrate successes.

  • Communicate with parents and caregivers to support growth beyond sessions.

  • Participate in monthly team training sessions to continue learning and connecting.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one) in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood, or a related field.

  • Experience working with children with autism (1 year preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply!).

  • Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus!).

  • Active RBT credential or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
