To thrive as a Weekend RBT, you need a solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Familiarity with data collection tools, ABA software, and experience following treatment plans is essential.
