Job description:
RBT must
  • Implement treatments plans and interventions established by behavior analyst
  • provide behavior interventions with children and adolescents using a variety of applied behavior analysis techniques in the home, community, and/or school;
  • manage and handle patients with behavioral problems;
  • develop and initiate safety standards for patients at all times; monitor,
  • record and document observations of patient behavior;
  • modify daily activities of patients appropriate for behavioral interventions;
  • instruct and counsel children and adolescents on positive behavior aspects;
  • maintain and manage clean and safe environment for patients;
  • develop and initiate appropriate recreational activities for patients; and recognize and report any abuse.

Registered Behavior Technician:
  • Must pass criminal background check
