We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one ABA therapy, collecting accurate data on client progress, assisting with skill acquisition programs, reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based interventions, and maintaining professional communication with supervisors and caregivers.
Qualifications:
Current RBT certification through the BACB
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is preferred
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
