We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team who are interested in the field of ABA Therapy. The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This role is crucial in providing support and promoting positive behavior change through structured teaching and data collection. We offer internal growth opportunities into higher-level roles, including RBT Levels 1-4 and even Case Management. We offer in-clinic training and access to modules to work toward getting RBT certified if you aren’t already.
Pay Structure
The pay starts at $15/hour training until you get your RBT certification, we offer in house training and even pay for your RBT exam cost. Once certified, the pay goes to $17 an hour.
If you already have your Bachelor's Degree, the pay is increased by $1/hour to the above stated rates.

Job Summary (RBT to Case Manager Career Path)We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team who is interested in gaining their hours to work toward becoming an ABA Case Manager. The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This role is crucial in providing support and promoting positive behavior change through structured teaching and data collection. We offer internal growth opportunities into higher-level roles, including RBT Levels 1-4 as well as Case Management; however, the Case Manager path would only be available to those available to work full-time.
Duties
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Case Manager and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Support children with autism and related differences in home, school, community, and clinic settings.
- Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide direct support in teaching social skills, communication, and behavioral management techniques.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce strategies in various environments.
- Maintain medical documentation, including care plans and medical records, adhering to medical terminology standards.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills in behavioral therapy and special education practices.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques is highly desirable.
- Background in patient care, behavioral health, or special education will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of data collection methods and behavior management strategies is essential.
- An understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient confidentiality and medical documentation is required.
