Responsibilities

  • Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement community programs, policies and procedures.
  • Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to supervisor and initiating corrective action.
  • Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physicians’ orders and accurately record all care provided.
  • Write detailed reports, maintaining precise charting, recording medications, observing symptoms, and taking vital signs.

Qualifications

  • San Antonio, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Texas.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an LVN in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Electronic Medical Record Experience required, PCC preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
