Job description

Summary: Performs tasks, according to strict internal controls, related to the collection, transportation and counting of cash and tickets from the gaming floor to the Count Room.

Essential Job Functions:

· Retrieves cash and tickets from slot machines.

· Counts currency, coin or ticket vouchers.

· Wraps money and verifies totals. Processes ticket vouchers.

· Operates electronic devices and machines when processing money.

· Completes required accounting paperwork.

· Follows strict policies and procedures related to the handling of assets.

· Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Must be 21 years of age or older.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· One or more years money handling experience required.

· Must be and available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.

· Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

Physical and Mental Demands:

· Regularly required to use hands to see, finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms;

· Frequently required to stoop or kneel; talk or hear.

· Must consistently lift up to 20 pounds.

· Frequently required to push or pull up to 300 pounds.

· Ability to work in a confined space without the ability to enter or exit freely.

· Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under working conditions that require supervised confinement in a secured work space.

· Exposure to high noise level.
