Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct services to clients diagnosed with a serious mental health illness (SMI).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies.
  • Engage in community outreach and education to raise mental health awareness.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain a compassionate and non-judgmental approach in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Current QMHP certification.
