Are you Customer Service driven looking for a great Opportunity?

Providence Place of Chambersburg is seeking to recruit a compassionate, customer service driven individual to enhance our residents' dining experience. The Dining Room Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that residents have a positive experience during mealtimes. This includes training new coworkers on proper dining room etiquette and procedures; ensuring an organized process for meal service; communicating dining room needs to the Director of Dining Services; and ensuring that the dining room is clean and set for lunch and dinner meals.



Starting at: $17/hr


HOURS

Part Time: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (1 day/week and Every Other Weekend/Holiday)


Critical Success Factors:

  • Superb customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must work well as a team and be capable of leading a team of coworkers in the dining room
  • Knowledge of food handling, dining room, and/or hospitality procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in dining or restaurant service - Supervisory experience is a plus
  • Completion of sanitation course (ServSafe) must be completed within 3 months of hire
  • Successful candidate will be service oriented, demonstrate a positive attitude, and have a neat, professional appearance
