ABOUT THE ROLE
Our company is looking for an Operations Estimating Coordinator to join our growing team. This dual-focus role supports day-to-day field operations while owning the company's estimating, bidding, and proposal writing process. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Estimating & Bidding

  • Conduct site walkthroughs and assess the scope of work for new contracts
  • Calculate labor, materials, equipment, and overhead to build accurate bids
  • Submit competitive, timely bids in line with client RFPs and specifications
  • Proposal Writing

  • Draft polished, client-ready proposals and scope-of-work documents
  • Customize proposals to each client's site, needs, and expectations
  • Follow up with prospects and support the closing process
  • Maintain a library of templates, past proposals, and service descriptions
Operations Support

  • Help coordinate crew scheduling, dispatch, and field communications
  • Track work orders, service logs, and client correspondence
  • Support inventory management and supply restocking
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–4 years of experience in commercial cleaning, construction, or facilities management
  • Proven experience writing bids, estimates, or client proposals
  • Strong written communication — professional, accurate, and client-ready
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or Google Workspace
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for site visits
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
