Job Summary

This job entails establishing inventory metrics, training on inventory control, and analyzing data to boost warehouse efficiency. It includes maintaining databases, coordinating shipments, and monitoring equipment compliance to support strategic forecasting and purchasing.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and monitoring inventory and warehouse performance metrics to ensure optimal operations
  • Training warehouse personnel on inventory management and control policies and procedures
  • Analyzing warehouse data to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, providing inventory recording tools
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database for demand and inventory management to inform forecasting and purchasing decisions
  • Coordinating the distribution of materials and equipment, ensuring proper documentation collection and compliance
  • Generating and analyzing reports to monitor and improve warehouse metrics and operational activities
  • Monitoring Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) aging to maintain audit compliance and manage lifecycle
  • Tracking and following up on equipment with repair vendors to minimize turnaround times and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
