About Us
One Hospitality is a diverse and fast growing hospitality group in Columbus Ohio, looking to add a Marketing Manager to our team for Standard Complex.
What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Driving weekly traffic and awareness through creative marketing initiatives
  • Promoting nightlife programming, DJ events, themed parties, game days, special events, and seasonal activations
  • Managing and executing social media strategy and content calendars
  • Capturing and coordinating real-time content during events and busy nights
  • Working with influencers, promoters, photographers, videographers, and local personalities
  • Developing viral-worthy campaigns and guest engagement ideas
  • Helping maintain Standard Hall's brand identity and energy across all platforms
  • Coordinating email marketing, SMS campaigns, digital promotions, and event marketing
  • Collaborating with operations to maximize guest experience and turnout
  • Tracking campaign performance, engagement, reservations, and event success metrics
  • Being present in the venue regularly - especially during key nights and activations
What We're Looking For
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic
  • Someone energetic, outgoing, ambitious, and highly organized
  • Deep understanding of nightlife culture, hospitality trends, and social media behavior
  • Strong grasp of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, influencer culture, and viral content
  • Ability to market to a young, social, experience-driven demographic
  • Comfortable working nights and weekends when needed
  • Creative thinker who can execute quickly and independently
  • Experience in hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, events, or restaurant marketing preferred
  • Photography, video editing, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or content creation experience is a major plus
