About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead complex plumbing and mechanical construction projects. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for individuals who want to take full ownership of projects, drive financial performance, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will serve as the single point of accountability from project award through completion, overseeing execution, financial performance, client engagement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle including schedule, scope, quality, risk, safety, and field execution

• Manage project financials including job costing, forecasting, billing, cash flow, and margin protection

• Lead client interactions, project meetings, and issue resolution while maintaining strong relationships

• Oversee contracts, documentation, and change order management

• Coordinate field operations, procurement, and manpower planning
