Job description

Overview
Susquehanna is currently looking for an Executive Project Assistant to support senior leadership across various trading desks. In this role you will serve as the operational backbone of a fast paced, high performing team.
This is a full-time, on-site five days a week opportunity in our Bala Cynwyd office.
In this role, you will:
  • Manage complex, dynamic calendars for multiple senior leaders, including scheduling across time zones and coordinating with external counterparties
  • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations, ground transport, and itineraries) with precision and contingency planning
  • Own the end-to-end coordination of cross-desk initiatives, ensuring deadlines are clearly defined and tracked
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, including other desks, compliance, operations, and counterparties
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of executive or administrative support experience
  • Familiarity with financial markets, trading desk operations, or brokerage environments, preferred
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder calendars and international travel logistics
  • Experience in roles that involve critical thinking, travel planning, coordination, and project management
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self directed with sharp attention to detail and sound judgement under pressure
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Ability to work onsite five days in our Bala Cynwyd office
