Who We Are: We are SERVPRO of NW Charlotte.  We are part of a team that is a national leader in property disaster restoration. From initial clean-up to complete rebuilds, SERVPRO is there every step of the way. We have a long-standing reputation as a leader in our industry. 
 The Role:
The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for managing the full construction process for our residential and small commercial clients.
 
The Details:
·         Initiate projects, evaluate, sell, and educate customers on the reconstruction process.
·         Identify and document scope of work.
·         Write and review estimates.
·         Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimates.
·         Review budgets, establish payment terms.
·         Create project schedule and timeline.
·         Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
·         Negotiate subcontractor terms and set expectations.
·         Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors.
·         Schedule subcontractors and material suppliers.
·         Ensure all work performed complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
·         Track and analyze job cost.
·         Manage the Customer experience.
·         Compile and resolve punch list items
·         Perform final walk-through with customer.
·         Manage warranty activities.
·         Assist with collections.
 
 What You Must Have:
·         Superb customer service skills and track record.
·         Effective written and verbal communication skills.
·         Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
·         Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
·         Construction estimating software proficiency, preferably, Xactimate.
·         Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
 
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position, working 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday.  In addition, this position frequently requires longer hours including possible on-call and weekend work.  Travel is required and is primarily local.  
 
Physical Requirements:
·         Walking and standing throughout the day.  
·         Frequent driving and sitting for long periods.  
·         Walking on uneven or debris littered jobsite surfaces.
·         Occasionally climbing ladders.  
·         Occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions such as heat or cold.
·         Possible exposure to loud noise levels on jobsites.
