As a Production Assistant in our Morgan Hill, CA, facility, your essential duties & responsibilities will be:
- Print and prepare production labels, job travelers, work orders, batch records, and other manufacturing documentation.
- Prepare, organize, and file production paperwork for manufacturing orders.
- Review production documentation for completeness and accuracy before distribution.
- Enter and maintain production information within the Company's ERP system.
- Assist with preparing production reports and maintaining production logs.
- Coordinate document revisions and ensure current production documents are available for use.
- Maintain inventory of production forms, labels, office supplies, and department materials.
- Assist with organizing production schedules and manufacturing documentation.
- Support communication between Production, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Engineering, and other departments.
- Assist with document control activities related to production records.
- Maintain confidentiality of Company information and manufacturing records.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient production office.
- Comply with all Company policies, safety requirements, GMP, and ISO 13485 procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional requirements:
- Associate's Degree + 1 year of experience in manufacturing OR High School diploma or GED and 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite packages (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with good organization and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills required.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
Compensation:
$27.50 to $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
