Omaha, Nebraska | Adult Behavioral Health Programs

Are you a compassionate nurse looking for a flexible PRN opportunity in behavioral health? EDCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Omaha team on an as-needed basis. This role provides coverage for vacations, sick leave, and periods of increased patient census, making it an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking supplemental hours while working with a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

As a PRN Nurse, you'll play an important role in supporting patients through their recovery by providing direct nursing care, monitoring medical stability, administering medications and treatments, performing clinical assessments, coordinating with providers, and helping ensure a safe, therapeutic environment. You'll work alongside physicians, therapists, dietitians, and behavioral health professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

What We're Looking For
  • Current Nebraska LPN or RN license (or ability to obtain)
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
  • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or a related clinical setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
