Job description

RN PRN Weekends will provide direct patient care to home bound patients.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provides exceptional clinical care that includes skills such as wound care, medication administration, disease process education, and IV therapy.
  • Ensures clinical documentation demonstrates medical necessity and appropriately reflects quality patient care.
  • Submits OASIS and other clinical documentation in a timely manner.
  • Communicates patient's clinical needs with interdisciplinary team.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
  • 1+ years Medicare home health experience
  • Valid Texas Driver's License and automobile insurance
  • Travel to multiple locations
  • Certification in BLS/CPR
  • Knowledge of WellSky EMR software desired
  • Salary: Pay per visit with mileage reimbursement.
