We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Avir at North Richland Hills, a place where your work matters and your growth is supported. As a PRN RN, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit.

About the Role:

As a PRN RN, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional care to our residents, providing comfort, dignity, and compassion in their moments of need. You will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and wound care

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to other nursing staff members as needed

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in patient care
