Full-Time Schedule

???? Sunday, Monday & Tuesday

โฐ 6:00 AM โ€“ 6:30 PM

PRN Schedule

Flexible scheduling available based on facility needs.

PRN Commitment Requirements:

  • Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month
  • At least 1 shift per month must be worked on a weekend
  • Must maintain all required licensure, competencies, and mandatory training requirements
What You'll Do
  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and nursing standards.
  • Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered.
  • Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Qualifications

โœ” Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) License

โœ” Graduate of an accredited nursing program

โœ” Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

โœ” Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred

โœ” Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
