We are looking for RN Case Managers to provide per diem Quality Home Visits!
We are looking for per diem PRN RNs to go into individual's homes and provide quality visits. 
We are looking for nurses that are interested in a flexible position that allows you to build and develop a one on one relationship with your clients. Enjoy having variety in your job, providing care to one client at a time and being a valued and trusted resource to those you care for? Even if you have no previous experience in home care, with our responsive office staff, we are here to support you on your journey to a new branch of your nursing career. Prior home health experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications:
- A valid license to practice nursing in the state of Ohio without restrictions
- A valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Candidates must pass a BCI and FBI background check
- CPR / First Aid (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

• Participates in medical record audit as assigned.
• Prepares clinical and progress notes.
• Prepares equipment and materials for treatments.
• Observes aseptic technique as required.
• Assists the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques
