Day to Day as a PRN Registered Nurse

As an Other PRN Registered Nurse at Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. You will assess new patients within 8 hours of admission and provide individualized nursing care as directed by physicians. Your responsibilities will include managing medication administration, ensuring daily monitoring and proper storage. Additionally, you will actively participate in the interdisciplinary formulation of treatment plans and be responsible for dictating and writing progress notes for one-on-one and group sessions per established policies. Your commitment to safety will guide you in coordinating risk management activities aimed at minimizing injuries and promoting health for patients, staff, and visitors.

You will also complete and sign all necessary admission paperwork and documentation in line with legal and hospital guidelines, ensuring a seamless integration into our high-performance healthcare environment.
