Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hourPosition Type: PRN / As-Needed / Registered Nurse / Day & Night Shift Facility Type: RehabVital Medical Staffing is looking for dependable, compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our PRN team. This position is ideal for nurses who value flexibility, communicate well, and take pride in showing up when patients and facilities truly need support.We partner with hospitals, long-term care facilities, behavioral health settings, and clinics. Because of that, no two shifts look exactly the same. Many of our assignments are PRN and last-minute coverage needs, so we're looking for nurses who are reliable, adaptable, and comfortable stepping into different environments while maintaining excellent patient care.As a PRN RN with Vital Medical Staffing, you'll be responsible for providing safe, professional nursing care within your scope of practice. This includes administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, documenting care accurately, and communicating clearly with facility staff. You'll be expected to work independently when needed while still collaborating with the care team and following each facility's policies and procedures.Reliability matters a lot in this role. Our facilities depend on us to send nurses who show up on time, prepared, and ready to work.
