Key Responsibilities

• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines, carefully considering efficacy, safety, and cost for all patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement personalized, outcomes-focused patient care plans, adjusting them based on patient responses and ongoing evaluations.
• Counsel patients and their families regarding managing chronic illnesses, medication regimens, dietary needs, and health promotion practices.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records, treatment outcomes, and any referrals that exceed the scope of practice.
• Provide specialty consultation-level services for cardiology patients, particularly in assessing cardiac health and managing complex conditions.
• Manage patients in various healthcare settings including inpatient wards and emergency services, ensuring a continuous and comprehensive care approach.
• Conduct necessary invasive procedures, adhering strictly to protocols, while working under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Demonstrate flexibility by managing coverage needs, which may involve on-call responsibilities during weekends.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
