Job description

Position Overview
  • Basic swimming ability required to apply.
  • No lifeguard experience needed; all lifeguard training and necessary certifications are provided by Euvori.
  • $17.00 starting pay with quarterly pay raises.
  • Select locations are open 365 days a year.
  • Employees working at one location are eligible to pick up shifts or transfer to any of our other locations for greater flexibility and year-round work opportunities.

Location Overview
  • Client pool: Starpointe Residents Club
  • Area: Goodyear, AZ
  • Operating Schedule: This location is open late May to early September
  • Hours: Shifts are typically 6 to 9 hours long. Part time positions are available.
  • Ideal applicant availability: Weekday availability (11:00 AM-8:00 PM); weekend availability (11:00 AM-8:00 PM); holidays.
  • Please note, we are currently looking for guards with availability to include at least the following days: Saturday and Sunday.

What We Do
Lifeguards spend the majority of their time scanning the water to search for signs of distress and drowning. We perform quite a few proactive interventions throughout the year, which include notifying swimmers of pool rules, jumping in to assist struggling swimmers, and so on.

  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
  • Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with any concerns.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

About Euvori
Euvori Aquatics is a lifeguard management service based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We create, implement, and manage lifeguard programs for a variety of swimming pool owners across the state. We most commonly work with resorts, country clubs, homeowners associations, and more.
