POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Shift Supervisors keep things spinning and shaking during scheduled shifts. Shift Supervisors work alongside and lead team members to meet or exceed shift goals while maintaining a fun and professional retail environment. They are trained to have a strong understanding of the company, culture, and team with a focus on providing an unforgettable experience for every customer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Bring your A-game to MilkShake Factory and champion our culture with excellence and integrity. Take charge of opening and closing duties, both solo and by rallying the team.
  • Dive into Team Member training, providing clear feedback and coaching vibes.
  • Keep the store manager in the loop on Team Member performance.
  • Amp up the customer's love as a brand advocate, showing genuine enthusiasm and top-tier customer service.
  • Boost those sales with your creative flair-sampling, product recommendations, and subtle upselling moves.
  • Master the art of crafting high-quality milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates while sticking to the recipe and presentation standards. Nailed it.
  • Keep that cool demeanor intact when smoothing out customer complaints.
  • Stay on top of the game by organizing work and sales areas, from stockrooms to coolers and freezers.
  • Dive into the retail magic, prepping the environment for promotions with seasonal vibes, rotating products, and killer signage.
  • Ensure the team follows cash management policies flawlessly.
  • Safety first! Execute all tasks with a safety mindset.
  • Stay on top of food safety and quality, reporting anything fishy to the store manager.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays - including at least two Sunday shifts per month!
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while demonstrating leadership and delegation skills
  • Ability to judge and appropriately react to business activity to ensure labor management
  • Attention to detail and safety requirements
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
  • Previous customer service and cash-handling experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must perform physical activities to accomplish assigned duties, such as walking and standing for up to and including 5 hours at a time, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting to 25 pounds
