About the Role: Do you enjoy troubleshooting electrical systems, working with PLCs, and improving automated equipment performance? We're looking for a hands-on Controls Technician to support and maintain automation and control systems across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll help keep production running efficiently while driving continuous improvement through automation and controls. Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automation, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Modify and support control systems and production equipment.
  • Install, program, and maintain PLC systems and automation equipment.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and layouts.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and resolve equipment performance issues.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Automation, Instrumentation, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of controls, automation, or maintenance experience preferred.
  • Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
