Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Automation Tech / PLC Tech for an industrial skilled‑trades role in the Davenport, IA market. This is an hourly contract role; exact client and site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

Pay: $45.00 - $62.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

Primary scope: PLC troubleshooting, automation support, instrumentation, drives, HMI support, and plant controls reliability.

What you will do:
  • Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, instrumentation, control panels, and automated production equipment.
  • Support downtime response, preventive maintenance, controls changes, documentation updates, and startup support.
  • Work with electricians, mechanics, engineering, operations, and vendors to resolve automation issues quickly.
