The position is based onsite at our outpatient office, designed to create a welcoming and healing environment for our patients. • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to evaluate patients' current physical conditions, capabilities, and therapy needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on enhancing strength, mobility, and overall functional independence.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and electrical stimulation, to address specific physical impairments.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and document outcomes, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimum recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate and elevate patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining physical health post-therapy.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as professional ethical standards, to maintain the highest level of care.

This role primarily involves working with a diverse outpatient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Our therapists frequently engage with adults and elderly patients who require rehabilitation services, thus a strong commitment to treating the geriatric population is essential. You will have the chance to work closely with patients, helping them regain independence and improve their overall quality of life.

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York State.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; however, a Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a dedication to improving patient outcomes through personalized care.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in similar settings, particularly with the geriatric population or in skilled nursing facilities.
• Experience with specialized therapeutic practices or modalities is a plus.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
