Lead the heartbeat of operations across the FTW Distribution Center and FTW PEC, driving excellence in people, performance, and execution. In this influential leadership role, you will oversee a team of Facility Operations Managers and frontline associates across multiple locations, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional results in safety, service, quality, and cost, and empowering employees to solve complex operational challenges. Through coaching, mentorship, and a proactive, results-oriented approach, you will inspire teams to exceed performance goals while building the capabilities needed to sustain long-term success.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals
  • Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
  • Motivate team to achieve plan goals
  • Cost center P&L management and ownership
  • Ensure all managers develop and facilitate work team meetings (examples: pre-shift, roundtables, etc.)
  • Solve Zone operational issues
  • Interface with product direct delivery customers, vend customers and Frito-Lay Sales associates.
  • Strong partnership with Sales, Traffic and Region partners to ensure strong service performance
  • Ability to influence external and cross functional partners
  • Administer policies and practices Initiate and implement projects
  • Seek out and implement best practices to achieve optimal team performance
  • Conduct presentations and formal training programs Improve team communication and engagement
  • Think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same
  • Develop and execute against annual/quarterly service and financial targets

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
  • In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
