Job Summary

Harrington Bottling (HC), a family-owned Pepsi bottler proudly serving Montana, is now hiring Full-Time Driver Helpers / Delivery Assistants in the Helena area. This position works 4-day work weeks (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 10-hour shifts), offering consistent hours and work-life balance.

As a Driver Helper / Route Delivery Assistant, you'll support delivery drivers in transporting and merchandising Pepsi products at retail locations, while gaining hands-on experience in beverage distribution, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload products (cases, pallets) in a fast-paced warehouse / delivery environment
• Assist with route deliveries to grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail accounts
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays (merchandising / retail stocking)
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (first-in, first-out) methods to ensure freshness
• Build promotional displays and maintain planogram compliance
• Provide excellent customer service to store personnel
• Perform physical work including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to perform manual labor / general labor tasks in a physically demanding environment
• Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs regularly)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (must be able to commute)
• Prior experience in warehouse, delivery, stocking, labor, logistics, or merchandising is a plus but not required
