Job Summary
12 East Mott is a 32 bed positive, energetic medical/surgical unit where our passion is to provide world-class family centered care.
Patients range in age from premature neonates to young adults.
Come work with a multidisciplinary team whose commitment to excellence is underscored only by our commitment to patients and their families.
You will work with general pediatric medicine and surgery patients as well as specialty services of GI, Pulmonary, ID, Liver Transplant, Genetics, Oto and Plastic Surgery.

1 year of current RN experience

Salary & Nursing Framework Level:
This UMPNC RN posting is posted as Nursing Framework LEVEL C.
Actual Nursing Framework LEVEL and salary will be determined at time of hire.
Nursing Framework levels range from Level A to Level F.
Required qualifications must be met by the candidate in order to be interviewed and considered for the position. Posting may be filled after the initial 5-day posting period.

Modes of Work

Work Schedule
Hours per week: 32 hours
Shift: Night shift ; 8 and 12 hr shifts, every other weekend
Location: C.S. Mott Children's Hospital-12 East, Pediatric Medical/Surgical Unit
All new employees will be expected to float to a designated unit(s) in times of low census.
Union Affiliation
This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the Michigan Nurses Association and the U-M Professional Nurse Council union, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
Background Screening
