A Weekend Pastor is a clergy member or minister who leads religious services and provides pastoral care primarily on weekends, often in a part-time or supplemental capacity. They may be responsible for preaching, conducting worship services, and offering support to congregants during weekend gatherings. Weekend Pastors often serve churches that do not require or cannot support a full-time pastor, or they may assist full-time pastors by focusing on weekend activities. Their role is vital in ensuring regular spiritual services and community support are available to church members.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a weekend pastor, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Weekend Pastor, you need a solid theological background, experience in preaching, and often a degree in divinity or ministry.
